How Much Does Delivery Cost?

  • Within City Limits: For deliveries within city limits, a standard delivery fee of ₦2000 flat.
  • Outside City Limits: For deliveries outside city limits or to different cities, the delivery fee will be calculated based on distance and weight of the order.
  • Free Delivery: Orders above also varies on distance and weight.

Return Policy and Changing Numbers

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with a product, you can request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. We aim to provide a hassle-free return experience for all customers.

Changing Numbers:

If you need to update your contact number, go to the "Account Settings" in the Suru Mobile app and select "Edit Profile." You can update your phone number there. Please ensure that your new number is verified to continue receiving important updates about your orders.
