How to Delete Your Suru Mobile Account?

At Suru Food, we value your privacy and recognize that you may wish to delete your account. If you decide to stop using Suru Mobile for ordering fresh farm food products, you can click HERE to request account deletion, or follow the steps below to permanently remove your data once the retention period has ended.   1. Open the Suru Food App: Launch the app on your mobile device by tapping the Suru Food icon.
  2. Go to Your Profile: Inside the app, navigate to the bottom right and tap the "Profile" icon to access your account settings.
  3. Locate the "Delete Account" Option: Scroll down on your profile page until you find the "Delete Account" option.
  4. Tap "Delete Account": Select "Delete Account" and tap to proceed.
  5. Confirm Deletion: Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm. Once completed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Important Information:

We typically delete your data (including name, surname, address, email address, phone number, order details, and device data) once the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled see data retention on our Privacy Policyfor more information. After the retention period has expired, the data will be deleted accordingly.

In some cases, legal retention requirements may prevent us from deleting data immediately, requiring us to retain the information for a specified minimum period of 90 days. To comply with these regulations, we restrict access to the relevant data once its purpose is fulfilled, ensuring both data integrity and completeness.

Reactivation: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated. You will need to create a new account if you decide to use Suru Mobile again in the future. Need Help?
